What does the Lifetime Guarantee mean?

Quality is very important to us. We want to make sure you are happy with your bag and that you'll be able to carry it around with you for many years to come.

We're confident enough in our workmanship that we offer a lifetime guarantee and although real leather will mature and soften beautifully with age, we will always be there to help in the unlikely event there are any manufacturing issues such as loose stitching or broken attachments.

General wear and tear and the aging of the look of your bag are not covered, neither is water or chemical damage. We do sell a selection of care and waterproofing products on our website that we only recommend to care for your Zatchels bag Leather Care Products – Zatchels

If you are unsure if an issue is covered or need to enquire about a repair then please do get in touch.

If your issue is covered then you would need to send the bag at your own expense but we will repair and ship back at no additional cost to you.

For lifetime guarantee, you need to email a photo of the issue to us at customerservices@zatchels.com and we will be able to advise you further.
